Peptides can be sensitive to environmental conditions, particularly temperature. During international transportation, products can experience extended transit times, customs delays and temperature fluctuations. Heat exposure can accelerate chemical degradation in some peptides, potentially affecting purity and stability. Importantly, the extent of this effect varies from peptide to peptide.

Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each product. The relevant COA can be viewed directly on the individual product page.
Products should be stored according to the storage instructions provided with the product. Prefilled pens should generally be refrigerated at 2°C–8°C (36°F–46°F) and protected from direct light. Avoid freezing and minimise unnecessary exposure to heat.
All orders are securely packaged to help protect the contents during transit and are prepared for discreet and safe delivery.
